If you're lucky. They may pick-up the phone when you call back. Don’t forget, you will have to load that piece of equipment back up into your vehicle and deliver it back to their shop when an issue occurs!

or time out of your valued weekend to have your equipment serviced or repaired. Just leave us access to your equipment and we will take care of the rest! All repairs and services are done at our customer's location...95 percent of our repairs are completed on the day the service is scheduled!

Absolutely outstanding service! I called late Saturday afternoon to make an appointment to tune up my lawn mowers for the season and Will was at my house within the hour. That rapid response, all by itself, is an indication of Will's desire to meet the needs and schedules of his customers. Will is personable, professional, technically proficient, and provides instructions and tips for getting the best out of your lawn equipment. He also looks to keep costs down by only replacing parts that are truly in need of being replaced. Pro-Core checked out our push mower that was not running. Engines are NOT my specialty, but Will's knowledge and expertise of small engine repair and maintenance was evident. The communication was excellent about arrival time and costs of services upfront, and I very much appreciated the tips and suggestions he gave me for taking care of my mower in the future. Price was fair and I didn't have to take my mower anywhere to get it ready for action again. I'm happy, my spouse is happy, my grass can be cut again. I will definitely use Pro-Core again.
